Movie Studio platinum 12/13 - LOST SERIAL and the receipt

Hi,

This is regarding the above mentioned. Recently i changed my system, and i tried to install my movie studio platinum 12. the problem is i lost my serial number of the product and the communication related with the product. When i log in to the sony site i could not see my registered products there. They mentioned that it moved to magix. but i could not even found in magix.

Please help me to activate my product.

Thank you. I had the same problem, I logged into Magix (had to click forgot password and get a new one) and it had my product listed along with the serial number and available for download!
