Movie Studio Platinum 13 Won't Start Up, Stops Loading on VST Plugins

Hi, I did look through other post to find a solution, but couldn't find anything. Sorry if I missed it and there is something about this.
I haven't had a problem with Movie Studio Platinum 13 up until now. I've used it since November '16. For the past week and a half it hasn't been loading for me. Here is a screen shot of the error message I am getting.

Thanks in advance if anyone knows of this issue and can help!

I haven't changed or installed/uninstalled anything. The only thing was a pop-up upon windows starting that said to change the name of an identical Program File to Profile File 1. However when I tried that it denied the change because it needed Administrative permission. I don't know if that is the reason Movie studio isn't working for me.
