Hello everyone!

My movie studio 14 software keeps randomly crashing for no reason.😲

I've been using Movie Studio 14 for the past 5 months to edit my videos and I've really never had any problems with it, until today.

Today I was editing one of my videos and the software just crashed out of nowhere and this message popped up - https://i.imgur.com/bRauWvV.jpg So I closed the software and reopen it again . About five minutes later, the same thing happened, the software crashed and the same message popped up again.😟

This time, I restarted my computer and opened Movie studio 14, same scenario happen again five minutes later. At this point I was getting a little irritated 😡, so I uninstalled Movie studio platinum 14 completely off of my computer and re-downloaded it from this website - http://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/downloads/

After it finished downloading I open it up, put in my serial number, and tried to work on my video, The same thing happened again about five minutes later. I even did a test and left a blank project up and it still crashed...😐 My computer is up to date and all my drivers are up to date as well - https://i.imgur.com/kTtbh4D.jpg

I enjoy using this program and I've never had this happen to me before until today...
