Movie Studio Platinum 14 vs. Movie Studio Suite 14

I was looking through the comparison list of features between the different versions, something I noticed...

With the platinum edition you get the NewBlue FX Transitions, but with the suite edition that seems to include everything, they don't get those transitions. I was just wondering if there was a reason for that or if that was just a mistake on the list?

What do you mean by everything?

The comparison states:
- Includes NewBlueFX 3D title editor and video effects for the suite version
- Includes NewBlueFX transitions for the Platinum version

Seams clear to me.

It does seem unusual for Suite not to include everything that is in Platinum.

Yes, it is a bit unusual historically speaking, but such is the nature of business deals sometimes. Just to clarify, the NewBlueFX transitions are included in the Platinum version, but not the Suite version. This is intentional and won't change. Even without them, the Suite version contains far more partner products (and value) than the Platinum version, which is as it has always been.

I have the Suite version $139 and all I have is the Title thing from Blue Fx. Don't have the effects either.. tried re-installing a few times, and no luck

Gary - Thanks for the explanation (and for interacting with us directly in the forum). It is clear in the comparison of products (just a little strange to some of us)!.
