I purchased a copy of Movie Studio Platinum 17 on 14 May, I have installed it on my laptop and it works fine, however on my older PC I am getting an error when I attempt to upload a file to work on.
I did send off the info to the tech department as requested when the error occurred.

I have used Movie studio 11 a lot with no problems.
