movie studio vegas 4.0

I can record edited video/sound to VCD but when I try to record to DVD via
DVD Architect the final recording has no sound. DVD Arch. shows a wav
file but even the preview does not produce any sound....any one help out there please?

Download and install the Vegas Movie Studio 4.0a update, should fix your problem. You can get to the update page under Support at the top of this page. Or use the workaround noted in the Knowledge Base article about this issue, here's the link:
