I recently gained a video file that i wish to edit with, however when i import it into Movie Studio Platinum 12, the audio will not show up. Movie Studio doesn't try to build audio peaks at all, and when i add the media to the timeline the audio file is labeled as 'Media Offline'. Restoring all offline media doesn't effect the files at all. I can play the media in multiple programs, such as Windows Media Player, and the audio has no troubles. At this point i am at a loss as to what my problem is and how to fix it.
