Movie Studios Crashing Immediately Upon Running

Dani7beth wrote on 12/23/2015, 3:24 AM
Whenever I click on movie studios to open it the background which is normally grey is now white and the error message immediately opens up. Here is a link to a screenshot that I took of the program when I opened it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ljiwf8c5f6bio4f/Screenshot%202015-12-23%2003.10.46.png?dl=0
I haven't changed anything recently. So evidently I must have accidentally hit a button or something. If anyone can help please do!

This looks like a graphics card issue. Have you manually gone to the nVidia or ATI web site and downloaded the latest drivers for your graphics card?

Also, which processor are you using and with how much RAM?

Since this is a recent project, have you tried clearing your preferences by launching the program while holding down the Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys on the left side of your keyboard?

I updated my drivers no success there. Then I tried holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys on the left side while launching the program but it still crashes. Also my processor is intel core i7-4790 and I have 16 gb of RAM.

Have you gone to Settings/Update & Security/Check for Updates to ensure you have all of the latest Windows updates?

Have you ensured that you have the latest version of Quicktime from Apple.com?

Have you tried uninstalling the program, running CCleaner to clean the registry and reinstalling?
