Moving around Timeline - [simple question]

This is pretty basic for all of you experts out there. I need to move all my video & audio tracks 10 seconds backward because I need to add other video clip, is there any way to do this at once. I have a lot of audio & video tracks in the project, so grouping them one by one before moving it can be a pain. Is there any shortcut to do this? Thanks in advance.

First click in an empty spot on the timeline to make sure you have nothing selected. Move the cursor to the place where you need to insert the new clip. Go to Insert / Time and type in the number of seconds you need to insert. It's better to go high here if you don't know the exact length. This will open up a "hole" in the timeline for you to drop the new clip into. If there's any space left over after you've got it positioned and trimmed, make sure Ripple Edits is turned on in the Option menu, then double-click in this empty space to highlight it and press the Delete key. This will remove the leftover hole.
