I will soon be moving (upgrading) my system. The problem is, at least two fold.
Fold 1: My I.S.P. thought it would a good idea to change their email trash removal policy without so much as a 'hey we might change the policy in the future'. At any rate, I no longer have the email that said where to go to download the s/w.

Fold2:Related to the previous fold, I also no longer have the add-on serial numbers.

Is there a way to re download the package? I was able to retrieve the order number

P.S. After yelling at my I.S.P. for about a month, they are no longer deleting my trash every week to 10 days.
