moving dvd clips

I use dvdit and I would like to know if there is another program out there that will make moving dvd clips in a menu. Dvdit currently does not do this.

DVDit is slated to add this feature in the next version release due later this year. Same with MyDVD. Programs that currently DO motion menus include ReelDVD (an UPGRADE to DVDit), DVD Workshop, and many other sub $100 authoring programs.

DVD Complete by Dazzle does motion menu backgrounds & motion buttons for $99
