Moving Frame By Frame with Arrow Keys in VP15, Crashes

Just got, and started using VP15 tonight (build 261) and am having a few issues. Firstly...I can't move frame by frame!? I saw post here about this on VP10 (solved by it's latest build) but I can't figure it out on VP15. With or without Quantize To Frames doesn't fix it. I am using, per Keyboard Short Cut doc, Alt + Left/Right arrows but it always moves by 2 or 3 frames! Frustrating.

Also having lots of crashes: Opening Help and trying search = crash. Trying to use BCC Titler = crash.

Any suggestions appreciated. I'm missing VP12 (which I don't have but when had access worked great for me).

I'm not seeing this problem in VP15. Not having lots of crashes either. No problems with Help/Search .. seems like system problem. Was your last version VP12 (which you no longer have?)

UPDATE: I tried loading a couple of projects in both V14 and V15. Determined that issue is possibly something to do with the projects themselves as one of the projects moves frame at a time just using ONLY left / right arrows - in both V14 and V15. Another project moves by the 2 or 3 frames. Hmm. I may have to write it off to something in project and move on.
