moving from movie studio 14 to vegas pro 19

Is there a way of moving legacy settings to vegas pro 19? For years I've used studio 14. I have so many render settings and legacy texts. Seems a shame to have to start from scratch. I can open old projects in 19. I can save those text presets as 'legacy text' But I can't find them for a new project.

Make a simple project in MS14 with all your wished legacy settings.
OPen that project in VPro 19 and give the settings one by one her own preset name.

Figured out how to open, save them. Then Preferences > Deprecated Features tab - clicked 'make legacy text visible'. Then right click 'edit generated media' and there you go. Thanks for your input.
