Moving markers and clips

Is there a way I can move all my markers and clips simultaneously using the Selection tool in Vegas 7? I had to delete a segment in from the timeline and I have so many markers with notes/comments at specific intervals and it would be great if I could move everything together.

Have you tried the Auto Ripple? I use this feature for exact;y what you are asking. Dead easy too! It's up there on the Toolbar - "Auto Ripple". If you click on the tiny arrow next to it, you can dictate most of what you want to do.

WARNING! Once you use it, be sure to disengage it afterwards! It IS meant for continuous editing, but if you forget, you can get yourself into an awful pickle with it still engaged.

Along with POWER comes RESPONSIBILITY!

You can also use post edit ripple, which is a one-shot version of the auto ripple. It allows you to select what to move.
