MP3 music/Wave form not load up/ doesn't play?

I have been using Vegas 13 for a long time..suddenly today it start to show up some annoying error..

my problem is similar in this video..no wave/sound was played whenever i imported a mp3 music in the

timeline

is there any solution on fixing this problem? the tutorial video is just unpractical to do so

Added any new programmes to your pc. Windows update?. Maybe you have a good recent backup? If so roll back & retest. A system image restore takes about 10 minutes. I doubt your new problem is related to Vegas.

Well... All MP3 formats cant be played in vegas..i need to convert them into WAV.. that is very nuisance way to do..

Haven't yet update my windows or download/install new software

Never having this issue, including in the time of Sony Vegas Pro 13, whatever build number was.

Try reset Vegas Pro to default settings and see if that can help:
