Mp4 and mov files play audio only in Platinum 18

Hello- I have been using Movie Studio 15 and recently upgraded to 18 (due to special offer). I can import mp4 and mov files into project but there is no video image for editing - only the audio will play. I was able to edit these types of files in 15 and have K-Lite Codec ver 12.4.4 installed. Any suggestions that might help?

Movie Studio 18 is not a VEGAS product and support for it is not available on this site. However, support for Movie Studio 18 is available from the Magix user forum at https://www.magix.info/us/news-forum/.
