.mp4 conversion to Flash: White Screen ( blip.tv )

Hey,

I am using a Sanyo Xacti HD1000, shooting mp4 h.264,
if I render in either Mainconcept or Sony's mp4,
and upload this to blip.tv the flash conversion leaves me with sound and a white screen.
Same if I use the Adobe Flash encoder,
Vimeo works out well,

anybody got a clue? I would like to use Blip.tv

I recently did find out that I can rename the .mp4 into .flv
and this will do the trick,

....is there a catch....?
or
is this just a simple solution?

1 Catch:
Blip.tv is becoming very sloooow.
and will not autoplay the file.
