MP4 files not including video

Hi, I'm using the Trial version of VMS HD. I have one audio track, two video. I select all and Render as a MP4 and only the audio is included in the MP4 file. I can render as other types (MOV, AVI, etc) and the video is there. Just the MP4 doesn't have the video portion. What am I doing wrong?

What version of VMS? If it's not the latest Platinum 10 version, then your problem is having an old Quicktime version. If it is the latest Platinum 10 version, then please give us more information about these MP4 files, e.g. from which camera they were recorded at.
