Can you be more specific? Where did the "HD MP4" clip come from?

The MP4 HD clip was footage I shot and then rendered in Vegas. I usually render to MP4 since it's a resonable file size and it looks great. I shot footage on my HD Sony Camera (M2T files) and then rendered the project in MP4 (1920x1080). It has always worked fine until I updated to 9,0c (64bit). Now when the clip plays back on the timeline after it's rendered it's all washed out and almost completely white. When I take the same clip and play it in Vegas Pro 8.1 it looks great.

Don't know what to tell you. I just loaded an MP4 into the timeline and it looks fine.

Double check your property setting.

Actually that's exactly what was wrong! I simply just changed the project settings to the video clip and it played perfectly and looked great. Thanks.
