MP4 import?

I've got a few video's in .mp4 format and VMS 6.0 will not import them. I thought I had all the proper codecs, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on what the problem is?

See if THIS recent thread helps. If you don't have the codec, then conversion is your next step.
