mp4 render fail VP11 683 64-bit

Trying to render a 10-minute HDV and animation project (22 video tracks, 1 audio track) to Main Concept mp4 HD 1080P 25fps. VP11 683 64-bit. Render works with GPU acceleration OFF but crashes with GPU on.
AMD Catalyst 12.3 (latest version). Have notified SCS

I have found that the Main Concept MP4 encoder will crash on all 1080 renders with the GPU turned on. It will work with most 1280x720 renders and all 720x480 and 640x480 encodes. GPU encoding isn't all that it's cracked up to be and virtually no one has gotten it right. It isn't just a Vegas problem.
