I just got around to installing V6c. I assume Sonys AVC/AAC .mp4 is the same as MPEG4? My first test has these files slightly bigger that wmv and mov, is that right?

The default settings do not have "Allow source to adjust frame size" Does this just allow viewers to drag enlarge the QT viewer, or is there more to it?
