mp4 won't open in Movie Studio 14.0

Hi, I'm Matt. I am novice user of Movie Studio 14.0 and I am getting the following message when I try to open a mp4 in Movie Studio 14.0. I am not sure why this is happening, especially when I have been able to do this in the past. Other mp4s I've created with my Logitech webcam can be opened just fine, but not the one I recorded last Friday. Any suggestions?

From your comments I gather it is just the one file that is a problem? Does it play okay in WMP, VLC player etc.

No, I've tried creating other videos to see if I get the same error and I do. That said, it does play ok on my computer's video player.

Can you give the MediaInfo of such a file, look here how to do that:
