MPEG-2 Bitrate Control

Is there any way to control bitrate or other quality/size settings when using the MainConcept MPEG-2 encoding in Movie Studio 3? In the Advance Render dialog, as soon as one selects MPEG-2, the Custom box gets grayed out.

I think they call that feature an upgrade to Vegas.

VF used to have the option of upgrading to the standard or pro MPEG-2 codecs. The pro version gave the control you were looking for, though popular opinion was that there wasn't any real advantage.
