mpeg-2 options in Movie Studio?

When I select "make movie", under "advanced render" for mpeg-2, I can not select "custom"? I have this option available under avi or mpeg-1? How can I select mpeg-2 bitrates, video quality, video size, etc.?

you can't. for finer control of mpeg-2 encoding you'll have to purchase a program from someone else, tmpgenc.

you can set bitrates in architect studio but you must re-render there.

Thanks for the quick answers! I also found the info below by searching the knowledge base for "mpeg-2". Looks like if I was more than the built in templates I need to purchase the "Professional" vesion. Thanks again...

Vegas and Vegas+DVD include the Professional version of the MainConcept plug-in, allowing you full access to the custom encoding options.

Movie Studio includes the Standard version of the MainConcept plug-in, allowing you to save MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 files using pre-made templates. Movie Studio is not compatible with the Professional version of the plug-in.
