MPEG Encoder

I have two questions that I hope someone can answer:

1. Is the MPEG Encoder Plug-In available for VV3LE or is it just for VV3?
2. Does the Standard version of the MPEG come *with* VV3 or is this a paid for plug in?

The MPEG encoder is included with VV3. It MUST be registered separately but is included at no additional cost. It does not come with the LE version.

Is the included MPEG encoder the 'basic' or the 'advanced'? If it is the 'basic', do you know if the 'advanced' is worth upgrading too if one isn't currently familiar with tweaking encoding settings?

If you buy the full version of Vegas 3, you get the full (advanced) MPEG encoder, no extra charge.
