Not vastly different from what the situation is with DVD, and this should not really give anyone much pause. It is primarily relevant for duplication houses etc. The exception being the Blu-Ray logo, but that is no different from the situation with the DVD logo. If you want to design a cover with the logo, comply and you should be fine.
