all i did was install my new logitech keyboard/mouse and no mpeg render in vegas 5

i can bring up ther templates, etc., fill in all the details such as where to save to, but no matter how hard i click 'save' - nothing happens. all else is fine. and yes, i have repaired / reinstalled to no avail.

help greatfully accepted, meanwhile, blowing the dust of tmpeg....
