Mpeg2 Custom settings not available

Why is it that when rendering to Mpeg, Mpeg2 to be more specific, I cant get the custom settings dialog. when I select Mpeg 2 and click the custom button, nothing happens. If I selct AVI, then the custom settings work well.

You need to register the mpeg plugin. Did you? Try drop/dragging a mpg to the imeline & see if it pops up then.
