Why inverting when all you have to do is divide 60 with 120 and get 0.5 which is the same as 500ms?

Edit = *

Thanks again Roger. Just want to update. The script works in Vegas 4, Win 98 and XP. The stumbling block was NET. Framework 1.*0*3 on the 98 machine. I had hoped to avoid the download on the 98 machine as it's really only for internet and other non-audio/video and only has a 33 K modem.

Really appreciate the effort.

A couple users have already contacted me for my spreedsheet. To me this is easier, it displays all the delay values from 50 BPM, to 200 BPM, and shows all the coinciding values for 1/32nd, 1/16th, 1/8th, 1/4, 1/2, and whole notes all at once. I also put in the mS to BPM conversion if you need to calculate backwards, although you can get this from the table also. I'm not sure what Pipe was asking for the frequency(Hz), but that's only 1/mS, which would be easy enough to add to it.
