I still can't get it to work!

I'm using the firewire connector module (mounted in a PCI slot) that was included with the board. The firewire (onboard 1394) is set to "auto" in the BIOS.

I'm trying to capture audio and video into Sonic Foundry's Vegas 4.0c and/or Avid Xpress DV 3.5 with a Sony DCR-PC9 and the onboard firewire on my MSI K7N2G-ILSR motherboard.

Any suggestions? I'm getting a bit frustrated!
