MTS files

I downloaded footage from a sony camcorder - it saved as .MTS files. When I drag them into the timeline it shows that it's not compatible...?

Should I try converting it to something else?

I believe you need the Movie Studio Platinum version to work with HD.

No, it means you would need to upgrade to get HD functionality.
