Once a track is armed, you can select the port that you want by
clicking on the number next to the flashing record armed icon. Note:
There will only be a number if 1) you are setup for custom routing
and 2) there are multiple input sources available.

From the same drop down menu that you select the input source you can
select stereo/right/left as the source. This allows you to record
mono - i.e. left or right channel of the input source.
