Multicam?

Does Movie Studio support multicam (2 cameras) editing? I know there is a maximum of three video tracks but will I be able to sync up and edit at least two tracks. Is this possible only in Vegas 3-5? or with a plug in like Excalibur? I just purchased a Sony Viao system and am looking to edit a couple of quick two camera jobs. Eventually, I will go with Vegas 5 +DVD but for right now I need something I can get into very quickly to finish these jobs. Will Movie Studio suffice for now?

Shouldn't be a problem - you need to make sure there's a solid reference point to synch to. A sudden noise on the audio track will do it or a camera flash going off. You can zoom in on the time line to give you finer control.

If you're looking at doing A-B rolls there's been some discussion on that in this forum, but it's worth deleting the unwanted footage from the overlay tracks - increasing the transparency to 100% uses a lot of processor time!
