Multiple fx windows?

Is it possible to have 2 fx windows open?

For example have PSP Vintage meter open while adjusting a compressor?

PSP Vintage Meter is a DX plugin, free, and very useful when doing audio mixes.
Larry, Vegas won't allow you to have multiple FX windows open. Kind of a drag, but it helps cut down on resource use.
