Music/voice Movie Studio 12 question

Can you separate the music from the voice on a video in Movie Studio 12?

I have an old workout video that I would like to hear the instructions but not so much the music. I would like to change the music.

Roland R-Mix is one external software option but it's about $100.00 ($49.00 at Musicians Friend) and a slight learning curve.

OP may want to look at spectral layers. Something's can be done in there, depending on the original content.
