First file - AVC encoded left eye view

So if one file is the left view and the other file is the DIFFERENCE between the left and right, this must mean that one file is no good without the other.....so how exactly do you combine them to make a single file.... or at least produce something that's burnable to Blu Ray?

Do a test burn to DVD from a looped region on the timeline, and then analyze the file structure after you burn.

EDIT:
Here's the answer, but to paraphrase, yes, both files are needed, though 2D players will only read the base file, and ignore the depend file

In other words, you burn them both to blu-ray, and the various players will choose how many files are read at once.

Anybody know a software for playback the AVC file?
(the left view)
I only can do this with VLC Player, but cannot seek :(
