MXF rendering problem picture is sqeezed

miroslav-h wrote on 3/14/2023, 3:01 AM

Hi guys,

please my VP20 suddenly started to squeez the picturewhen rendering to .mxf format. Other formats are ok. My project is 3840x1620. Yesterday was all ok but now the picture starts to be weird when I click to render to mxf. See the pics. The 1.st is before rendering a the 2.nd when I start render. Do you please know where is the problem?

Thanks a lot

Miro

You are rendering to an image size of 3840x2160 instead of 3840x1620.

Yes but it is not possible to change setting in mfx template. Where can I change it to 1620? In previous project the same render setting and all was ok (black strips).

It changes automaticaly from 3840x1620 to 3840x2160 when I start rendering to .mxf template. I have no idea how to change setting to 3840x1620 in MXF template as there is not possible to change presset manualy.

Reason that you must render it in MXF container?

I think that it shold be the highest quality (except of Voukoder and rendering to Proress), I need to prerender some part of my project and insert it to another project. What do you think?

All the best
