My downloads in Vegas Hub are not visible

Hi all. I logged into the Vegas Hub and found the stock footage, but when I download something, it is not available in any part of the Hub. I am doubtful that anything was even downloaded. I see a confirmation, but no actual download process. In the bug fixes with this update that problem was mentioned and was supposed to be fixed, but things look exactly the same after the update. When I click on the actual download links, top right in the screenshot, they get a line through them, the meaning of which eludes me.

Thanks for any help

Problem solved. The Hub Explorer AND the Vegas Hub windows both have to be open for it to work. Open them via View / Window. This could have been simpler, but at least there is free stock footage, which is much appreciated.

Yes, the download list on VEGAS Hub windows leads to temporary downloaded files with different extension file, not the exact .MP4 / .MOV / .WAV / .MP3 - so that's why it is misleading that goes to missing files.

This is so frustrating and counter-intuitive. I solved the problem as above, but now cannot find any way to import the downloaded footage to my timeline, through drag and drop, trim, or any obvious button. Why do they make these so difficult?
