My exported videos have a lag that is not present in the raw footage.

I have been using my Vegas Platinum software to edit videos for a few months now and I haven't been able to figure this one out. When I film a video on my camera and view the footage later, it comes out as expected. I bring it in to Vegas, edit it, and export it and it always looks like the video is attempting to play in slow motion.

I ran a test today with two different editing softwares. I took a raw clip, popped it into Vegas, didn't do anything to it, and simply exported it. I did the same thing to the clip in Movie Maker 10. Surprisingly, Movie Maker 10 does not have the same effect. It looks just as it did in the raw clip.

I will post a gif to show my results. Maybe someone else has had experience with this and knows how I can fix this.

1. What is the used projectformat in VMS Pl,

2. what is the buildnumber of that program and

3. how did you exactly export it?

Can you show the media info of each clip? My first thought would be too high of bitrate for your computer/player.
