My first DVD has audio problem?

I rendered successfully a Mpeg2 then burned a dvd. The burn was successfull however half way through the video clip the audio goes out....why? I tried preview and the audio is there but when I play it on my DVD computer or Home DVD player the audio cuts out half way through....Why?...pls help.

You should check on your Vegas timeline if the sample rate is consistent.
I had a project with both 44k and 48k files and the 44k files were silent once printed back to tape.

Select the Audo event, right click and select properties, click the "media" tab.
