My headphones are playing bass in one ear more than the other I need h

Hey guys so i have new headphones and they are playing bass and other noises muich more prominetly out of one ear and they arent the headphones because ive used other headphones and isnt the go xlr its plugged into because i plugged it straight into my computer does anyone know what the issue could be ive plugged it in all the way and checked all of the windows settings L and R are both at 100 does anyone know what the issue could be

Beyerdynamic DT 770 250ohm

and its plugged into the GOXLR mini
