Helo friends:
in my last post i´ve got a problem when i equalyze my mpg2 file DVD pal, captured with a Hauppauge PVR250 mpg capture, this file was unsyncronized. Now i see that this file, before load with Vegas, if i cut or demux it with Tmpgenc plus for example, the file now are unsync.

Now, i can see my problem, the captured mpg2 file are some problem.
Why this file is captured perfect and if i cut it, equalyze, demux or other thing these´ll be unsync audio and video????????
Please help me.

'Bout the only suggestions would be to try and capture all I frame, which makes for better editing, and perhaps use one of the Ligos mpg2 codec setups for capture.

mpg2 has 2 separate streams, and keeping sync, especially after manipulating the file can be a problem. Try using dvd2avi & vfapi to get the mpg2 video into vegas, edit at will, and re-encode. You can save the audio from dvd2avi, or just demux it in TMPGenc using the tools applet portion. Shouldn't have a problem.

Hello friend:
If i understand, you say to me that vegas may to read de avi file from vfapi and the vegas re-encode this video to MPG2 dvd pal without audio. After, i can mux this mpg2 and audio, from dvd2avi, in another mpg file with tmpgenc. it´s real???
But i need to edit audio because it is a bad signal from the VHS MPG2, i want equalyze it.
i wait your post. Thanks.
