My project has just disappeared??

I have Vegas Movie Studio 17, and I am working with Windows 10.

After having worked for several days with my project, it turned up sort of corrupt. Just the basic movie was left, all the amendments I had done was gone. How can that happen? And what do I do to retrieve it?.

Look into Tools/Advanced Safe and use it the right way
