When I get errors, the first thing I do is make sure I have GPU acceleration disabled, as it has been the source of most of my headaches. Also, you look like you are running an older build of VP14, so maybe try downloading a more recent one to see if that helps.

The GPU acceleration is disabled. I tried reinstalling SVP14 and it came up with a error about a .dll file i downloaded it and replaced it in the original location and it still crashed for some reason? It still isnt fixed i will try to see if anything else works. But thanks for the help anyway :9

There's now a seventh update available, you can find a link to it in the news section of this forum. Try that one. If that fails, file a support ticket.

I have never had a problem running any version of Vegas under Windows for the past 15 years, but I do something that you may not want to try...

I've been using the free CCleaner app ( http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ ) at least once a week for the past 5+ years. It's a free Windows utility that cleans out garbage files from Windows ( the first time you run it you may get quite a bit of free space back on your hard-drives ), and it also includes tools to manage what apps auto-start under Windows, and it has a great Windows registry "find and fix registry errors" tool. I run the registry tool any time I finish installing a new app under Windows. By doing this once a week or more, I think I've managed to greatly stabilize my copies of Windows, so that pretty much nothing ever crashes. I can run Windows for a week without shutting down, with no problems at all.

If nothing else works, you may want to try using CCleaner to see if it helps.

( clean the garbage out and fix registry errors )

Good-luck.
