Please explain detail what is happening as well as what the 'notice' says. What build of Vegas Pro 19 are you using? And have you explored the plethora of posts on the forum in the last few days about opening problems with Vegas Pro 19 and 20 to see if they apply to you? If it does apply, there are workarounds suggested as well more importantly an emergency update to Vegas Pro 19 (build 651).
