My Vegas Pro 23 just stopped working as of 3 days ago

Hello, my Vegas Pro just stopped working as of 3 days ago. I can't load videos, I can't edit, it freezes when I just look at the program and it constantly crashes. The app is literally inaccessible which is a problem because I edit videos 5 days a week. I contacted support 3 days ago and have still yet to get a response. I am using default settings. HEVC and AVC unchecked. Hardware decoder is off. I just don't understand what is going on. I've uninstalled and reinstalled MULTIPLE times. Please can someone help me this is ridiculous.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800xt GPU: AMD Radeon Challenger 9060xt. 32G RAM.

It seems like it loads but has a problem when you load this specific project. Do either of the known good projects in my signature work or do they cause issues too? If they load then it's media or an Fx or something specific to this project.

Though it's unclear if there's causation there or a coincidence.

Reinstalling is unlikely do do anything. Resets can sometimes help.

How big is the project? Does it have many fragments? Are some of these fragments on HDD/ntrwork or everything is on SSD?
I'd try the following: start VP with no projects, disable HW decoding and then exit VP and then try to open VP & the project.

Yes I tried the reset, deleting cache still doesn't work. If I try to upload video to the track it crashes, If I try to load an old vegas file it crashes. Everything I do crashes the program. The video is 2 hours long but i've edited 4 hour videos so the video length is not the issue. I messaged support 4 days ago and still have no gotten a response which is very frustrating.

I'm having some trouble interpreting your sample video. I'm not sure what the background audio is all about, and I could be wrong, but are you trying to add video from an in-progress OBS stream?

I found out the issue. For some reason the video file was corrupt even though there are no signs that it is.
