In what sense, technically, or how to sound like a pro? ... It is easy technically with the proper gear, environment and basic recording skills. Sounding like a pro?.. not so easy... and impossible for many (like singing).
Some of the AI voices on the Vegas hub sound decent and may work depending on the project.
btw, in my tenure working in NYC recording studios in the 80 and 90s, I have recorded many of the top shelf VO pros including the late great JEJ.
