NB titler 7 missing in V21but available in V20

Mindmatter wrote on 10/23/2023, 9:35 AM

HI all

it might be because after 2 weeks and 2 mails to them I still haven't received a download mail from Magix ( possibly with a few addon links? ) but only a receipt, but NB titler pro 7 is nowhere to be found in my V21. It's present in my V20 though. Am I missing something?

I should mention that I own titler pro 6 ultimate.

Thanks!

If VP20 sees it but VP21 does not, try clearing the cache in VP21.

Thank you, I just did that and it still won't show up.

Is there a dll I can copy or move from V20?

Is it possibly because it was bundled with VP20. If it was, it will be tied to that version.
@jetdv Am I right in saying that?

It shouldn't be tied to just that one version.

The required files would be in C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlueFX\TitlerPro2.ofx.bundle

That is a common folder that all versions of VEGAS can see.

All I have in that folder is TitlerPro2.ofx. It doesn't seem to enable TP7 in V21 though. Strange indeed.

Yes, that's correct. The "OFX" file is the actual plugin for VEGAS. The other files that make up Titler Pro are in:

C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX\Titler

Thanks jetdv.
Any idea how I can make it available in V21?

It should be available. Please contact NewBlue support. Include as much information as possible including video card, driver version, screenshot of the NewBlue App Manager, Screenshot of what you see in the Generated Media and Effects lists in VEGAS Pro 20 and 21, and anything else you think might be useful.
