NBTP4 Ulitimate Crashing in VP13

Well, pulled the trigger and bought, and now I have the NewBlueTitler Pro 4 Ultimate - blues . . .

1] Latest nVidia GPU Driver

2] OFX Plugin: As suggested, temporarily removed the 2 new BORIS freebies from the OFX folder.

Still getting crash inside Vegas Pro 13 latest build:

I've temporarily transfered ALL my OFX Plugins to a Temp Folder, 'cept for the NewBlueTitler Pro 4 Ultimate. Still crashing.

Transferred back my OFX Plugs. I'm not having ONE Plug banjaxing my other plugs and my creative workflow.

TP4U is working fine for me so far. I do not have any other third party OFX plug-ins installed.

Are the new 2 'Boris freebies', one of them is BCC Continuum Lighting?
No problems to me so far... just grab it this morning and had no issue running TP4.

Seems few users having terrible issue on TP4, but on the other hand, it works great on my system..., as I noticed on NBFX forum as well.
The only more common crash I had is when turning ON the secondary monitor output to one of my screen display.

Edward repeated the install process to me via email, and I did it as per his advice - it works and NBTP4 Uli is working nicely, and with my ExtMon.
